Russia's Rostec consolidates 100% in vaccine maker FORT

MOSCOW, Dec 31 (PRIME) -- Russian industrial holding Rostec has consolidated a 100% interest in flu vaccine producer FORT, formerly a joint venture with Marathon Group, the corporation said in a statement on Thursday.

"Holding Nacimbio of state corporation Rostec has become the sole owner of Russia’s largest producer of vaccines against flu, company FORT, raising the stake in the company to 100%," Rostec said.

FORT produces more than 30 million doses of vaccines against flu per year.
